This page is not finished
Starfall is not taking payments yet. This page is still missing an address to write to. They are here before anything is sold.
The short version
We keep your email address, the answers you gave, and your animal's name. That is what a reading is rebuilt from every time you open it. We do not sell any of it, and we do not have your card number.
What we keep, and why
Your answers and your animal’s name. Eight answers and a name. We hold them, and every reading, card and monthly page is built from them when you open it, rather than stored as finished text, which is why your page can change when the writing does.
Your email address. Given at the end of the questions so a copy of the reading can reach you. We keep it, and it is how we find your readings again if you ask for your link. It is also how your reading, and anything you bought with it, reaches you.
A key in your browser. One line in this browser’s local storage, so you do not have to find the link again on this device. Clearing your browser data clears it. It is not a tracking cookie and it does not follow you to other sites.
The photo. It is uploaded to us and kept with your order, so that Elena can read it and so that it is on your own reading page afterwards. It is also sent to AI services, DeepSeek and Google's Gemini, which check that your animal can be seen in it and describe what is visible, for Elena to work from. There is a control on your page to delete it, and doing so removes it from our side as well. We never publish or sell it, and we do not use it to train anything ourselves. DeepSeek is in China and works under Chinese law, and its own terms do not clearly rule out using what it is sent to improve its service.
Writing tools. Elena drafts with the help of two AI services: Google’s Gemini, in the United States, and DeepSeek, in China. To draft an answer they are sent your questions, the answers you gave, what you told Elena about your animal, and the photo and its description. Neither is sent your name or your email address. They do receive your animal’s name. This means what you send is processed outside your own country, in the United States and in China; DeepSeek works under Chinese law. Please leave out anything you would not want shared. Elena reads the drafts and changes what is not right; one she has not reached by the time we promised goes out as it was drafted.
Payment. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach this site. We are told that a payment succeeded and nothing else about the card.
What we do not keep
There is no profile of you beyond the above. We do not buy data about you, we do not sell or rent your address, and there is no advertising network reading your reading.
Measurement
This site is built to work with the standard advertising measurement tags (Meta, TikTok, Google Tag Manager), which record which steps were reached so an advert can be told whether it worked. They are not switched on yet. When they are, they see the step, not the reading: no answers, no photo, no animal’s name.
We also count, ourselves, how many visits reach each step of the questions and which site sent them, so we can see where the questions lose people. A visit is a random number kept in that browser tab only, not a cookie. It carries no answers, no photo, no name and no address.
Your reading is in its own link
The link to a reading contains the answers it was built from. Anyone with that link can open that reading, which is what makes it work on any device with nothing to log in to. Send it on only if you mean to.
Deleting it
There is no address to write to yet. It is here before anything is sold.
